Must be able to complete 10k+ on roads comfortably
October 9th: Climbing
October 23rd: Speed
October 30th: Uphill/downhill technique and drills

Skill level requirement
catered for intermediate runners- looking to sharpen and strengthen trail skills
able to complete a road 10k+
Get stronger for the long run! All runners will:
learn more about technique, pace, and strength on the trails.
be provided a strength program to use throughout run season to keep healthy and strong year round.
